The Manager of Value Based Care Clinical Operations will provide clinical coaching and administrative leadership to an interdisciplinary group of clinicians and non-clinicians on the Clinical Operations Team. May act as a Health Management Clinician as necessary.  May have oversight for internal or remote staff.

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:

 

  • Manage daily operations and productivity for a Value Based Care Clinical Team comprised of an RD, RN, Social Worker, Pharmacist, and Care Coordinators.
  • Communicate with Clinical Operations Director and Performance Managers to address Operations and Client issues, concerns, and progress.
  • Manage team performance to standards and goals.
  • Work with the Education Manager to address training issues and educational needs.
  • Has input into policies and procedures which effect Clinical Operations.
  • May represent Clinical Operations on Work Teams or Committees.
  • Upholds management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort.
  • Promotes and maintains effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving and submitting all hours worked, supporting, counseling and holding employees accountable to work performance expectations.
  • Collaborates with team and accountable for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising personnel.
  • Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Effectively communicates expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
